We are a small, family-owned firm that offers accounting services to individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations. We have been operating on the market since 2007. We started as a self-employed person and since 2019 as a legal entity. We strive to develop a long-term cooperation with our clients and support their business by easing the hassle of accounting and accounting related activities.
Our clients can access our server, where they can look into the accounting program themselves, or if they have a skilled invoice clerk, they can enter some documents and we will only take care of the professional work.
It all depends on the arrangement.
You can also browse your own documents scanned electronically on our server. We are trying to further develop our services related to archiving and access to electronic documents.
Our clients come from different areas of business, which requires constant training, so our team has a wealth of experience across the industry. We use this knowledge and experience in our own accounting courses. We also organise our own retraining courses accredited by the Ministry of Education.


Our team


Kateřina Porubanová

has more than 20 years of experience in the field. She works as an accountant and as a course lecturer. Above all, she coordinates the entire company.
She also serves as the company's director, and her goal is to ensure both satisfied clients and employees.




Petr Poruban

deals primarily with operational and technical matters of our company. His goal is to keep the server running and all data backed up and safe. He also makes sure that modern technology makes our work easier and more efficient.
He is also the creator and administrator of our website.

Marie Smetanová

has been working at the company since 2014. Marie is responsible for handling accounting for both individuals and legal entities, as well as nonprofit organizations.
She is an experienced accountant and her knowledge makes her an important support for the company.




Kateřina Lacinová

has been working in the company since 2019. She is responsible for processing accounting for individuals and legal entities. She is currently on parental leave.




Mgr. Martina Bezděková

She has been with the company since 2020. She is an experienced payroll accountant with extensive experience in personnel and payroll matters. She also manages accounting for both individuals and legal entities.




Milena Chmelová

has been with the firm since 2021. She is an experienced accountant with 30 years of experience handling accounting for individuals and corporations.



Ing. Simona Šperková

has been with the firm since 2022. He is in charge of accounting for individuals and legal entities.
